Family From Norway Builds Pretty Vacation Cottage With Unique Design - Its Glass-Wall Is Amazing!

Going on retreats and out of town vacations is more fun and convenient when you have a cabin that you could stay in with the rest of your family and friends. It comes handy when you dont need to rent since you or someone in your family owns it. We think that its one of the best investments that you can do with your money. Investing in land is something you will never regret. A properly built and designed cabin is going to serve you well for years to come. This is what exactly a family in Norway did.

There is couple in Norway who decided to build a cabin retreat along with their two grown up kids, who also happened to have families of their own. They hired the Reiulf Ramstad Architects to design the project that they had in mind. It was a success that it turned their 70-m2-space into three connecting cabins to serve as the familys vacation space. This is located about 2 hours from the capital of Norway.

You will notice that the roof was built in a traditional gable form with vertical wood siding. It is hard not to notice the modern touch placed on this project, despite the traditional theme the architects went for when they started working on it.

This 3-in-1 cabin as we would like to call it, each has their own private areas, and they all include a kitchen and a living room. Each of these cabins also has a bedroom, a loft that functions as a sleeping room.

There is a common area where they can entertain guests and gather as a large group that is perfect for when the families want to gather together, then off they can all go to their own privacy whenever they want to.
